In the second of this two part French Cooking Series Chef Rene Rodriguez will delight you with Curd and Smoked Duck, Braised Cabbage, Larden, Lavendar Honey Glaze; Provencal Lamb Legs, Herb Potato Puree, Eggplant Marmalade and Salsa Verde and  for dessert Apple Tart Cooked with Quince Star Anise and served with Aerated Crème Fraiche. Devinely deliciousness! $45
