So, sit back and relax, while the chef prepares: Anchovy Confit Tomato Tart with Mache Greens and Glazed Baby Onions; Seared Tuna Nicoise with Black Olive Mousseline; Espellete Potatoes and Soft Poached Egg; and Fall Fresh Pears Poached in Vanilla Caramel with Citrus Curd Tart and Fresh Tarragon. $45
